Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer – we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (where available)

Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- We may offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders – any current promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking information within a few business days of ordering, please contact us at service@umusbuy.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your appliances, but if your order arrives damaged, or if your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at service@umusbuy.com. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. We'll work quickly to make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. UmusBuy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before your order ships.
