How to Start a Return

- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Please do not send items back before receiving return confirmation from our team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size, please contact us at service@umusbuy.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We're sorry if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
